The firm was set up in 2019 by Shri N. Varadharaj & Bharath. V, a father-son duo having experience in construction for nearly 25 years. They formed Vivid Storeys with an intent to provide end-to-end Architectural design and home construction service under one roof without the hassle of interacting with multiple agencies.
Our execution team consists of qualified Engineers and Skilled workers of various trades to execute the works right from the start of construction to the handover of your dream residences.

As an architectural design team, Vivid Storeys caters to several design styles be it Minimal or grandeur, contemporary or Traditional etc., to provide customised design solutions to customers.
Given the densely populated urban spaces and minimal availability of land area, the concern we focus to address is non-availability of natural Ventilation and lighting, we focus to infuse natural light and ventilation into the internal spaces. The aim is to seamlessly connect the interior and exterior spaces and provide a refreshing feel to our end users.
We do not believe in a standard design solution for all our customers, instead, we customize designs to suit the needs of the individual in terms of the preference of style, Budget considerations, functional needs, etc.,
